Job Summary
DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City – Riverfront is looking for friendly, reliable Restaurant Servers to join our Riverfront Grille team. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for both hotel guests and local visitors. This is a fast-paced environment with both morning and evening shifts available.

Hours

• 20–40 hours per week available

What You’ll Do

• Take food and beverage orders and answer menu questions
• Deliver meals and drinks promptly and accurately
• Check in with guests to make sure everything meets their expectations
• Process payments and use the POS system with accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay organized and keep up in a busy setting
• Comfortable handling basic math and transactions
• Familiarity with food and beverage menus (or willingness to learn)
