Job Summary
DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City – Riverfront is looking for friendly, experienced Bartenders to join our Riverfront Grille team. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming and memorable experience for both hotel guests and local patrons. If you enjoy working in a lively environment and connecting with people, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of bartending experience
• Comfortable using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guest specifications
• Engage with guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food
• Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
