Job Description
Job Title: Gardemanger
Reports to: Chef de Cuisine
Job Type: Hourly
I. Job Summary:
Assists Gardemanger Chef in Cold Kitchen. Prepares products according to recipes and standards. Ensures that our core values are maintained.

Experience: At least 2 years working experience
Professional qualification: Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred; must have, or be able to obtain, food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
Skills: Knowledge of basic culinary terms, knife cuts and cooking techniques.
Physical requirements: Must possess the ability to stand for extended periods of time in a high temperature environment. Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
