Job Summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City – Riverfront is seeking friendly, dependable Restaurant Servers to join our Riverfront Grille team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to both hotel guests and local diners, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This is a fast-paced position with both morning and evening shifts available.

Hours

• 20–40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders and answer questions about the menu
• Deliver meals and beverages accurately and promptly
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist with side work as needed
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide excellent service

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions
• Willingness to learn menu items and food and beverage offerings
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a plus
