The Doubletree Hotel in Bay City is looking for a qualified individual to join our maintenance team. This is a full-time position Responsibilities include:

• maintaining building
• exterior and equipment on a daily basis
• Skills to include but not limited to
• basic knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, painting
• wallpaper
• pool maintenance
• HVAC
• exterior maintenance
• landscaping and good people skills
• Basic knowledge in these fields is a must
