Become part of the team at Drummond Island Resort & Conference Center - one of Michigan’s most unique destination resorts. Our 2,200-acre waterfront property features a 40-room log Lodge, a collection of spacious and luxurious waterfront cabins, championship golf at The Rock, The Ridge Off-Road & 4x4 Park, sporting clays, paintball, marina services, trail systems, and a wide range of outdoor recreation experiences.

We are currently seeking seasonal full-time and part-time, driven, hardworking, and dependable team members. This is a seasonal opportunity with positions available May through mid-October 2026. Limited housing is available.

Tasks expected :

• Patrol resort grounds to ensure resort policies are followed
• Enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am
• Help guests with any issues including but no limited to lock outs
• Fill out reports to ensure fees are collected for rule and policy violations
• Answer the emergency calls phone line

Pay: $18 an hour.
