Our servers are vital to ensuring that our guests receive a positive, memorable dining experience at our Pub. From the moment they take their seats, to their goodbyes as they leave, excellent service is the key!

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and interacting with guests

• Assist guests’ orders by making recommendations, demonstrating a high level of food and beverage knowledge

• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS ordering system

• Communicate any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff

• Provide attentive and friendly service to ensure an exceptional dining experience

• Promptly address any customer service issues, referring to management if and when necessary

• Perform side work, such as polishing tableware, restocking items, and tidying the service station and the dining area

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be able to lift and carry trays up to 30lbs.

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time

• Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn the POS system quickly

Experience:

• 2 years restaurant serving experience required

• Willing to train the right person

Wage: $10.56 per hour plus tips
