Now accepting applications for energetic individuals to join our summer Banquet Events Team at the beautiful Perry Hotel in downtown Petoskey!

Basic responsibilities:

• Help deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests
• Sanitize tables, and other surfaces as needed
• Remove plates, utensils and glassware to the kitchen to be washed
• Assist servers with water service, general table upkeep
• Reset tables for next service
• Ensure dining room and side stands are stocked with silverware, napkins and glassware

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age and able to obtain valid work permit
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
