At the Weathervane Restaurant, our servers are vital to ensuring that our guests receive a world-class dining experience. From the moment they take their seats, to the goodbyes as they leave, excellent service is the key.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and interacting with guests

• Assist guests’ orders by making recommendations, demonstrating a high level of food and beverage knowledge

• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS ordering system

• Communicate any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff

• Provide attentive and friendly service to ensure an exceptional dining experience

• Promptly address any customer service issues, referring to management if and when necessary

• Perform side work, such as polishing tableware and tidying the service station and in the dining area

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to lift and carry trays up to 30lbs.

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time

• Must have basic computer skills

Experience:

• 2 years restaurant experience preferred

• Willing to train the right person

Job Type: Part-time

Hourly rate of $3.93 per hour plus tips
