We are looking for seasonal, hardworking, dependable and detail-oriented persons. This is a seasonal, full-time, opportunity with positions available May through mid-October.

Job Description

• Clearing all trash, weeds, brush and debris from the hotel grounds.
• Watering all plants and flowers located on hotel grounds.
• Weeding, mulching and trimming whenever necessary or as directed
• Assist with overall swimming pool and spa maintenance, including pool room machinery and chemicals.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all groundskeeping supplies.
• Sweeps or blows hotel entrances, walkways and hotel back areas.
• Performs daily walk-through of the hotel grounds and identifies, reports as well as addresses areas with immediate grounds keeping needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager of the hotel.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking frequently for up to entire work shift.
• Lifting up to 10 pounds consistently, up to 75 or more pounds occasionally.
• Able to reach, lift, carry, push, pull, grasp, manipulate or otherwise move objects.
• Frequent bending, squatting, twisting and turning.
• As a seasonal property, long hours during peak periods are sometimes required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Wage - $17 per hour. Limited housing available.
